Title: Clay Dyer - January 28 - 6 pm
The family at the Fairfield church of Christ wants to invite you and your family to join us in hearing professional bass fisherman Clay Dyer speak on Saturday, January 28 at 6 pm. Clay, who has some family ties in Hickman County, has been fishing on the professional circuit for more than a decade. Clay also travels the country coast to coast speaking to groups of all sizes sharing his love of Christ Jesus and the impact that it has made on his life. The one thing that makes Clay just a bit different from most of us is the fact that he was born with no arms and no legs. In spite of those difficulties, Clay has been able to play sports, coach football, and fish at the highest level in the fishing world. On top of that, Clay fishes with the same gear that everyone else fishes with. He has no special rod/reel or boat. He ties his lures (with the sharpest hooks on the market) with his tongue and throws his baitcaster with his chin and shoulder, then throttles back the line with his tongue. You can go to teamdyer.com or go to youtube and search "Clay Dyer" to see for yourself. But, we would love for you to come see and hear Clay in person during this free event. We will offer a free fellowship meal at 5 pm and then Clay will speak sometime around 6 pm. We antipcpate a huge crowd for this event so please try to arrive as early as possible. For any more info feel free to contact the church at 729-5142 or 931-209-0510. Hope to see you January 28 !!
